When will my order be shipped?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This really depends on where you are located but please allow up to 3-4 weeks delivery time. Most of the time your order will arrive a lot quicker but we want you to be aware that in some cases it may be delayed by the post office.

All items are shipped with tracking numbers and you can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing our customer support team.

How do I track my package?

The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

Where do your items come from?

We are all about bringing you unique products that you won’t find anywhere else. In order to do this, we need to source items from all over the world. While some of our items come from the US and Australia, there are many that are simply not available here. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing great stuff.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

Can I exchange or refund my order?

We truly believe we have some of the best products in the world. If you don’t have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something from us. If you don’t like it, no hard feelings we’ll make it right.

Conditions:
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Item(s) must be sent to our returns center in Melbourne, Australia in their original state (exactly as they were received).

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

My item arrived damaged

We ship every item with extra care. However, if your item was damaged in transit please email support@bringingthegoods.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item and we’ll happily send you another free of charge.
